Whole Foods’ hot and cold bars are trash, they do not season their food at all. I’ve had it twice including this past Sunday and was annoyed. :camby:

Yes but I don’t drink anything else, don’t really see a need to cut them out completely as I have maybe one a month the chai 2-3. I know they’re loaded with sugar and do include them in my calorie counts.

The chai I can go to one since they’re 240 cals for a grande.
Have you ever cut them completely?

Not cut specifically but I can go months without them, yes. I drink based on my mood/what I feel like.
If you’re open, try cutting them for a week sticking to water only. Just to see how your body responds.

Man it has been forever since I did a cut and I'm wondering if I'm doing too much. I'm doing the same protocol I always do- ~2000kcal/day and about 4 hours on the bike every week. So it's like a net 1800kcal/day. I'm down by like 4lbs over the last 10 days :damn: I feel OK in the gym and on the bike but man am I fukking hungry. It has been 2 years since my last cut so my metabolism might have just been fully rebuilt. Plus I'm a lot faster (and burn more calories per mile) on the bike but still

My target was to get from 200 down to 180... not show ready, just clean with the muscle I've put on over the last 2 years.... I was expecting to need 3 months to do it but I don't know. Just hope I'm not losing muscle :francis:

back from Cabo what a trip :wow:

Stayed with my family at Grand Velas, literally the best resort I've ever stayed at. The food :wow: the service :wow:

Was jet lagged yesterday and just felt off all day, did 45 mins fasted cardio this morning felt much better.

Legs day later today, will go high rep lower weight, i feel i need to reset my system a little bit.

These 2hr+ workouts finally got to me
I sat down to watch college basketball last night and was out before 10

'S all I do. Cats I know try to clown talmbout they 45min lifting sessions.:scusthov:


Legs yesterday was 50 working sets and took a min or 2 under 3 hours. :dead:


Had to skip the cardio and had my shake. Was so tired when I got home I slept through dinner.:damn:
