obviously those workouts are the exception to the rule.

I have a full blown workout + 30 MINS OF cardio and im out the gym no more than 1.5 hours.

Gotcha. This program is a lil different.

Each each heavy leg workout (Tues & Thurs) starts off with at least 17 working sets of squat/ dead variations.
The light day (Saturday) is 14 sets :lolbron:.

All that time wasting between sets..its funny im trying to look at my phone less its become a habit..I usually keep my eye on the stopwatch to time my rests..also my spotify playlists are trash...the music i had on my ipod back in the day :mjcry:

Used the caffeine free pre workout again, can def feel the difference but I'm still able to get that pump/push through reps still as easily. :jbhmm: Those snatch grip high pulls still having my traps feeling :whew:


Really don't feel like doing crap today so this might be the true test:ld:

Had all the free time the last two weeks and just ended up eating in a surplus :why:
everything within reason breh

i threw in two egg white french toasts with sugarfree butterworth syrup yesterday after my postworkout meal :manny:

as long as you don't binge you gon be straight

These old hoes at my gym have nothing to do. I left at 10 and it’s 3 now and 2 of em are still here shooting the shyt. I’m saving for my golds membership rn.

Edit: side note has anyone just started over? I been inconsistent in the gym cuz I can’t afford to bulk. 135lbs squat is starting to feel heavy after a few missed gym days:mjcry:

This has been a tough week for me emotionally, but I gymmed Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and am going tomorrow.

I completed my first 30 min circuit though, 50 reps on 9 machines so there’s that.

I had a long talk with my friend and threw in that this year I really want to see him take control of his weight/be more active. Father Time/Mother Nature are undefeated and I would be so sore if we spend a lifetime not being/looking our best selves. He discounts my opinion because I used to be so slim/skinny but I hope something clicks in him to get going and not make excuses.

i had the busiest and most frustrating day at work. I feel extremely fatigued and its 9pm.

I think i need mental and physical rest. This week been up and down. Will get 8-9 hours of sleep in, have a nice big breakfast and hit the gym tomorrow morning.

Sometimes you gotta listen to your body.

Who said bulking has to cost a lot?

There are plenty of ways to bulk on a budget. You may not enjoy them as much, but how much do you really want it?

This program is really working for my bench right now. It helped bring my overhead press PR up by 15 pounds last year.

Now I'm starting to bench old singles for 3-5 clean reps. :wow:
