I have a full blown workout + 30 MINS OF cardio and im out the gym no more than 1.5 hours.
Gotcha. This program is a lil different.
Each each heavy leg workout (Tues & Thurs) starts off with at least 17 working sets of squat/ dead variations.
The light day (Saturday) is 14 sets
