Wifey made chicken lasagna with low fat ricotta cheese, and i enjoyed the fukk out of it after Back/Biceps workout.

The glycogen boost :banderas:, I felt bigger and more round. Today is another high carb day since im doing Legs which will be a heavy heavy workout today.

Tomorrow I'm going low carb/high protein/high fat. Carb cycling depending on how i feel.

yea it was sloppy. I got a technique i do to get it right everytime now

Having the correct set-up and a certain list of cues is the most important part about lifting for me. If you got that down you can approach every weight in the same form and dont start thinking too much about all the different aspects which causes you to lose focus & results in a badly executed lift.





Even if you found something that works for you, maybe those can also contain some more useful information. Dude makes great videos :ohlawd:

I took three days off from the gym because of cramps, tried to spin today and my stomach is killing me. I was only able to get through half the class. Making chicken rice soup now.

On a great note, haven’t weighed myself in a week and turns out I’m down 10 lbs from just over a month ago. Hopefully my stomach gets better as I don’t want to lose this momentum.

Man I think I got a cold:mjcry: At least I was able to get it in yesterday morning (pre-workout + gatorade had me :demonic:).

Looking to shorten my number of working sets since I'm cutting, can't believe I didn't think of that before. :heh: Hoping this cold just lasts a day or two before my trip this month:damn:

Had a great gym day today. Did legs, back and biceps and abs (as always). Finished with my hour on the treadmill and feel like I could do it all again right now.

Great fuel makes all thd difference in performance.

Chest day tomorrow...my favorite.

My legs are so dead. I could barely squat 225 today. But when I was throwing up 315 my legs were smaller :mindblown:

:ufdup:. We all need to hit legs harder tho.

i ate very bad this past weekend..first day of doing my new routine yesterday..vicious cardio..wore me out..i came home..showered and took like a power nap in a sitting position for like 20 mins accidentally when i was about to start a podcast :russ:...today will be a calisthenics routine off the chain...pain is love..my body loves this pain....:francis:..gotta do it
