, I felt bigger and more round. Today is another high carb day since im doing Legs which will be a heavy heavy workout today.yea it was sloppy. I got a technique i do to get it right everytime now

At least I was able to get it in yesterday morning (pre-workout + gatorade had me
).

Sometimes getting dressed after your session is a workout in itself

...today will be a calisthenics routine off the chain...pain is love..my body loves this pain....
