This was 1.5 years ago, been making nothing but gains since. Can't wait to see my current form :demonic:

I am pretty sure I made big gains all over my upper body.... but my legs have fallen all the way off. Can't believe I was squatting 315 for 10 :mindblown:

You look like you weighed about 150 in this pic. Hard to guesstimate weight on folk.

Sup fellas. I tweaked my back a few months ago.finally cane back to deadlifts this month and my max was 255 . Coworker pushed me to try 315 and i did that for 4 reps and i felt fine. Few days later i do 4 more at 315 and he said to try 365 but I managed to get it once. Felt good brehs

Good...good. Report back in when you pulling 500+. :demonic:
