Yeah my sessions are at a minimum 90 minutes and that's without including cardio.'S all I do. Cats I know try to clown talmbout they 45min lifting sessions.
Legs yesterday was 50 working sets and took a min or 2 under 3 hours.
Had to skip the cardio and had my shake. Was so tired when I got home I slept through dinner.![]()


Going to use it again and see again tonight. I'm trying to limit my caffeine intake past 2pm since I'm trying to get back on that 8 hour sleep wave.
when I can go into barbell bench/press exercises.
