Legs yesterday was 50 working sets and took a min or 2 under 3 hours. :dead:


Had to skip the cardio and had my shake. Was so tired when I got home I slept through dinner.:damn:
Yeah my sessions are at a minimum 90 minutes and that's without including cardio.

Doesn’t sound like a very efficient use of time.

Used the caffeine free pre workout last night and it seemed like my pump and fatigue level wasn't too bad.:lupe: Going to use it again and see again tonight. I'm trying to limit my caffeine intake past 2pm since I'm trying to get back on that 8 hour sleep wave.


I'm really feeling this safety squat bar, getting the leg work without my shoulders feeling trashed is just :ohlawd: when I can go into barbell bench/press exercises.

Brehs im a little off this week. Not feeling the gym at all.

I think ill switch my workouts to pump workouts, not training to failure and going heavy. Maybe i need to deload this week and start fresh next week,

You've plateaued that's all switch it up bruh you got this
Pushed through today, did a high volume legs workout, 10-12 reps.

Seated leg curls, Barbell Squats, Hack Squats, Smith Machine Lunges, Romanian Deads, and leg press calf raises.

Mixed in some core/abs. Definitely felt better!
