Have you ever cut them completely?Yes but I don’t drink anything else, don’t really see a need to cut them out completely as I have maybe one a month the chai 2-3. I know they’re loaded with sugar and do include them in my calorie counts.
The chai I can go to one since they’re 240 cals for a grande.

If you’re open, try cutting them for a week sticking to water only. Just to see how your body responds.Not cut specifically but I can go months without them, yes. I drink based on my mood/what I feel like.

I go by how my clothes look on me. Really not much else.Ever since I stopped focusing on weight lost I feel better and I actually lost 5 lbs

I feel OK in the gym and on the bike but man am I fukking hungry. It has been 2 years since my last cut so my metabolism might have just been fully rebuilt. Plus I'm a lot faster (and burn more calories per mile) on the bike but still

I sat down to watch college basketball last night and was out before 10



3 hours damn'S all I do. Cats I know try to clown talmbout they 45min lifting sessions.
Legs yesterday was 50 working sets and took a min or 2 under 3 hours.
Had to skip the cardio and had my shake. Was so tired when I got home I slept through dinner.![]()
