i'm 6'1 and 180 lbs fasted weight this morning...

core is tight even though i've added more carbs, i think im way too light...my metabolism is annoying, I have trouble adding REAL size ideally would like to get to the 190-195 range and not too much fat if i do bulk up..i already eat 3200 cals daily..crazy

i feel like im hitting a wall..increase my cals even more???

Dude was slamming rack pulls today like we was training with CT and Mike. The whole gym looking at him like :gucci::hhh:

How much weight he have going? Dude did this the other day but had 6+ wheels on each side so we let him cook.

Yes. If you’re not gaining them you’re not eating enough. You could try doing less activity to lower the amount ou need to grow but in any case you need to start stuffing your face.

Push Pull Legs right now.

I'm actually using the training program from John Meadows called Colossus.

Mind you i just finished a low test/anavar cycle a month ago, so part of this "feeling" of being small is due to being in PCT. Its partly psychological i think.

These 1 andro gains :blessed:

Gained 12 lbs since January first 172-184

Benched 285 x 5 today added 30 lbs to bench max

Pulled 485 + 40 lbs from Dec max

Not sure if placebo effect, previous plateauing or function of weight gain but love this stuff

Did legs today 375 I think I can get 405 this weekend
Finished up with 30 min muay training with my 50lb weightvest and jump rope rounds
