Give a brief review on these. They work? Side effects?:jbhmm:

Most of the sources you'll find googling are either web MD esque drugs are bad diatribes or bro science shyt, this the most morally ambiguous scientific take on the research materials around it I found:

Study Says: Prohormone "1-Andro" Works, But It's Bad for You! Plus: What About Other Prohormones or Steroids Such As Androstenedione, DHEA, Testosterone & DECA? - SuppVersity: Nutrition and Exercise Science for Everyone

While the "1-Andro cycle" lead to significant increases in lean body mass 6.3±1.2%, decreased the total body fat mass by 24.6±7.1%, and increased the back squat 1-RM and average strength by 14.3±1.5% and 12.8±1.1%, respectively, the participants who were "on sugar" experienced only minor changes in body composition: 0.5±0.8% increases in lean mass and a 9.5±3.6% reduction in body fat. Needless to say that these changes, as well as the increased back squat 1-RM and average strength of 5.7±1.7% and 5.9±1.7% were also statistically different from the pronounced gains in the "1-Andro" group. In fact, they look pretty much like the almost frustatringly slow, but persistent gains you'd expect to see in already highly trained subjects within only 4 weeks[\quote]

Only real side effect I've experienced is acne on back /shoulders, scientific literature suggests reduced kidney and liver function so you'll want to limit or eliminate alcohol.

Energy/aggression is up too, don't think that's either good or bad.

I ran 4 weeks last year and got injured, running 8 weeks now (in week 7), as I summated, I'm up 12 lbs, of which id wager a decent % of which is water but there's definitely some lean mass gains, ive added significantly (20-40 lbs) to all my lifts and dropped body fat % despite being in a chloric surplus. I take some on cycle support to assist with managing cholestoral effects and will run some otc ptc in the next week and the half or so.

I'd say two things, yeah, it definitely works, but 1. You still need to do the work and have an idea of what you are doing, I've been lifting for 9 years, ppl six days a week for two years and already understand progressive overload, pushing yourself without getting injured, have a good training regiment that has generated me results previously, etc. If you don't have a solid plan or can't stick to a routine effectively I doubt your results will be as effective, and 2. The all in cost for pct on cycle sups etc if you are going to spend that much money might as well just run test e or tren and get more bang for your buck.

For comparisons sake, though not pharmanologically the same, I've taken ostarine before and 1-dhea is far superior imo.
