Just did a 45 min peloton class. I think the instructor Alex is corny AF but his playlists be on point. That last push to “I’m on one” :wow:

Don't know about y'all, but I can't let this crisis hinder the gains I've been making strides towards.....

Been knocking out pullups off the corner of my roof followed by pushups, past two days I did 100/100 a.m. n p.m. then yesterday 105/105 , today I started supersetting 10 pullups with 20 pushups for 11 sets for 110/220. Gonna add 10 to both each day, doing 2 a days until it I get to 200 pullups/400 pushups then I'm either gonna do sets of 15 or incorporate a weight vest.

Knocking out situps in sets of 25-50 over the course of the day, averaging at least 200 a day. Lotta free time so breaking them up while I vibe to music has been pretty easy.

Did pretty good on my grocery haul today. :ehh:

Got pretty much everything I normally get (except meat of course). Fortunately most of what I eat is the more expensive macro friendly foods, so there was still plenty left. :blessed:

I don’t know what to do. Gym closed officially last Thursday. I don’t do body workouts at home, just some sit-ups mainly on the exercise ball and maybe some burpees sometimes. But I hit up the gym to workout, I don’t know what the hell to do. I have to work my legs next and this shyt sucks. :mjcry:

Its so difficult to even focus at home because you can get easily distracted...
