Don't know about y'all, but I can't let this crisis hinder the gains I've been making strides towards.....
Been knocking out pullups off the corner of my roof followed by pushups, past two days I did 100/100 a.m. n p.m. then yesterday 105/105 , today I started supersetting 10 pullups with 20 pushups for 11 sets for 110/220. Gonna add 10 to both each day, doing 2 a days until it I get to 200 pullups/400 pushups then I'm either gonna do sets of 15 or incorporate a weight vest.
Knocking out situps in sets of 25-50 over the course of the day, averaging at least 200 a day. Lotta free time so breaking them up while I vibe to music has been pretty easy.
