fukked up my lower back doing RDLs, don’t think I warmed up enough :sadcam:

gonna fukk around an be injured when gyms open back up :heh:
So based on what hurts and what exacerbates it and makes it feel better, I messed up my piriformis - on both sides. Makes sense, definitely don’t feel like I warmed up enough and haven’t been stretching (nor walking) enough for the past month.

shyt still hurts today, but feels better after walking, unfortunately it’s raining. So legs are just going to have to be lunges and glute bridges until this resolves and I can got back to deads/squats.

I'm talking about you being fortunate it's still open...might not be a good thing.

I still got to go to work and deal with that stress plus life stress. I'm fortunate enough to have the gym open with a very low area of cornavirus exposure as soon as this area start to climb they're shutting this shyt down. They're already limiting people/hours as it is... :ld:

Wats the best way to Hit ur triceps with dumbbells or barbell? I don’t have a bench and it will most likely be narrowed down to standing or possibly sitting

these tri kick backs don’t feel like they getting the job done

Dips on a chair or sturdy (ie not glass) coffee table if you have one. I assume you’re a dude so maybe use two chairs to make it harder
