So based on what hurts and what exacerbates it and makes it feel better, I messed up my piriformis - on both sides. Makes sense, definitely don’t feel like I warmed up enough and haven’t been stretching (nor walking) enough for the past month.fukked up my lower back doing RDLs, don’t think I warmed up enough

Wats the best way to Hit ur triceps with dumbbells or barbell? I don’t have a bench and it will most likely be narrowed down to standing or possibly sitting
