Before the virus a friend told me I should gain weight n build off that
Obviously being home all day I have no choice but to work out . So I decided to bulk n try to get to 240 . Question is should I just cut or bulk . Figured for me to get to 240 clean I should do about 4k calories a day
I feel much stronger . Up to 200 push ups today. Weights even feel easier
