Big difference between lunges and reverse lunges with dumbbells....my knees relegated me to the reverse joints :beli:

hell nah. This whole thing was my first time using KBs. I was using 14kg/31 lb for the first two weeks but for swings it felt really doable (got a workout in but felt like I could go up in weight), so this week I tried doing swings with my 62lb KB. The 62lb let me know my form was terrible and that I was rolling my back instead of keeping straight. Hoping I feel good sunday so Monday I can at least go back to my full body workout which didnt include swings, and just give myself another week away from swings then focus on fixing form.

Yeah, that's a big jump if you haven't done swings before. Would probable be better to just do some strict singles with the 62lb and use the 31lb for multi-rep sets until your form and strength adapts.Swings are more of a hip thing too so when I first started I would try to over do it and have other body parts take over (arms/low back).

yeah easy to end up i a squat like motion too. I have a 44lb or something that I preordered from Rep Fitness that is hopefully hear by end of month. I think I may just stick to the 31 but increase reps, and then move to the 44lb. May use the 62lb for Presses and Squats once I get more comfortable.
