im losing mass hovering at 10lbs below my "gym" weight

my core is in good shape, im eating clean, im seriously considering converting my garage to a home gym, homeowners what yall think?

Did a little chest workout with the bands, might not ever fukk with cables ever again:whew: Not really feeling banded pushups though, feels kinda hard on my joints and don't really get a good rom.


Might officially have to "bulk", been loosing weight like crazy:heh: not sure if its just water weight or what. :damn: Finna get these carbs in.:noah:




Pull up bar came in early:smugdraper: sprayed down the box with lysol and leaving it in my closet for about two days. :ld:

Switching my workout time to 10:30/11am has kicked in inadvertent IF :leon: just gotta kill them days where I still eat too much in my “window”
Same. If I get a protein shake in before 1:30pm it’s a surprise.

Just now eating today at 5:30pmish. Probably shouldn’t have trained at 3:30pm in retrospect
