Went there this morning, was really cool so it was pretty much dead:blessed: Got it in :ohlawd:


Apple watch saying I burned 880 calories though:heh: Workout wasn't crazy long (little over an hour) . I ain't got enough food for this. :damn:


My lats and bi's are sore as hell, ain't felt this in a minute:noah: Might haffa make it two cheat days in a row:noah::flabbynsick:

Today should be legs outdoors, but I’m not feeling it. I did 7 days straight of working out/activity. Wondering if I should maybe just do a spin class and abs and aim for legs tomorrow. I just know me, when I start substituting on my routines, it leads to demise
