Man, stay-at-home order plus dismal weather has been destabilizing. I’m hitting a reset-started off by walking around the block a few times, build up to the track and go from there. Feb/March was peak time for me to swim, thanks Rona :(

This is why I don’t do white shyt - swear the trail I picked was supposed to be a 3.6 mile loop. Look at my GPS and I’m 3 miles in and just as far as can be from my car. Ended up hiking 6.5 fukking miles - uphill both ways :heh: - to get back to my car. :dead:


Hamstrings and calves are dead...definitely not hitting legs tomorrow.

I was doing good b4 everything shut down. Joined a BJJ Gym 2 weeks before the shut down and was rolling after work w/ my boy. Wanted to get down to 205 before 8/1 and compete. Wasn't sure of my starting weight at the time, but I was def losing a decent amount of weight. Then everything closed down and I gained a lot of that weight right back.

FF to 12 days ago and I decided that 205 by 8/1 was still realistic just I case things opened back up in time for competition. Got myself a Pull up/Dip Tower and been doing at least 25 Pull Ups everyday.

A few days, that's pretty much all I would do besides some Jumping Jacks and a few Push Ups. I would add between 20-40 mins on the elliptical on every other day.

Been hitting Chest hard every 3 days with my DB's and using a resistance band to hit other muscle groups. Mostly everything been in circuit form. Also, added either boxing, or mma drills on my heavy bags. Just recently added KB Swings and Squats.

Last 2 days been really good. BJJ in the morning and Pull Ups in the Evening.

Yesterdays workout went like this:

50 Jumping Jacks (Warm Up)

MMA Drills for a few mins.

10 Push Ups/ 5 Front Squats (holding a 70 Pound Heavy Bag)/ 5 Pull Ups for 5 Rounds.

Added some Shoulders and some Biceps Work, then added some KB Swings

Should between 225-228 right now.

Went on a mountain trailhead today.

My dumb ass tried to go down a steep ass, rocky hill on the way back and almost died. :dead:

Had to crawl down parts of it so I wouldn't lose my footing. Had these two cacs looking at me like, "This noob. :mjlol:"

I'm just glad I didn't snap my ankle or land on my back. :manny:
Looks like I wasn’t the only one outta their element trying to hike :pachaha:
