Man, stay-at-home order plus dismal weather has been destabilizing. I’m hitting a reset-started off by walking around the block a few times, build up to the track and go from there. Feb/March was peak time for me to swim, thanks Rona

This is why I don’t do white shyt - swear the trail I picked was supposed to be a 3.6 mile loop. Look at my GPS and I’m 3 miles in and just as far as can be from my car. Ended up hiking 6.5 fukking miles - uphill both ways- to get back to my car.
Hamstrings and calves are dead...definitely not hitting legs tomorrow.

Looks like I wasn’t the only one outta their element trying to hikeWent on a mountain trailhead today.
My dumb ass tried to go down a steep ass, rocky hill on the way back and almost died.
Had to crawl down parts of it so I wouldn't lose my footing. Had these two cacs looking at me like, "This noob."
I'm just glad I didn't snap my ankle or land on my back.![]()
