I’m fine. The only time I feel “low calories” is in hiit/plyo or really heavy lifting workouts where it’s easy to get dizzy, but I ain’t doing those right now + the lack of “general” activity (walking around an office building, to/from the train, running more errands, etc) means I just don’t need much.

I never count my exercise calories into my food goals if that makes sense. I just kinda let them be a “kicker”. My food intake goal is based on how can I lose X lbs/wk if I weren’t exercising, then exercise serves as a bonus or safety net for that day or two you might eat too much.
