Jumping in here so might be missing something but what the plan to bulk 240 in terms of length of time?Damn just called me fat
Naw but I wanna build more muscle , I figured it be easier to bulk & then focus on cutting from there.
My main issue is stomach so if I cut first I feel like I'd be too small & harder to build muscle. I'm 230lbs now. Goal is 240 & tone up from that point.
What would you suggest?
