lmfao exactly. Eat like children and dont lift hard or heavy. Gaining weight is a breeze and fun so it kills me when dudes be crying about how hard it is, when you can eat as much as you want and life hard and get results. Dieting on the other hand is grueling and a mental battle

When the gym re opens

Yall going superhard at the beginning?

Ill be doing two gym session per day

No. My fall-off was too great to continue training the way I was (2 1/2 to 3 hr upper/lower sessions 6x/week).

Conditioning fell off. Maximal strength dropped. Even my muscular endurance dropped.

Currently doing 2 1/2 to 3 hour full body sessions 3-4x/week. Once my weight and numbers pick up I'll move to something else.

Add in some bacon and sausage, scrap the PB and banana and that's what I call a standard breakfast. Sometimes I throw in biscuits or cinnamon rolls. Used to roll a few donuts up with it back in the day.

Blending that shyt up ain't gonna help me gain no weight.

I agree I used to go running around 2:30am so I wouldn’t have to deal with people walking nor cars driving by.
I ended up not working out. Tryin to get like @portcityplaya :mjgrin:

Don’t know how people out running in these

I do 40ish miles a week with no mask on. fukk that shyt. I go out around midnight and run in the street and probably see 5 people at the most and some cars here and there. No way I can breathe with something over my face.

Even in the winter it’s tough. Not going to risk getting dizzy and falling out. Just go outside when no one else is. Even here in the city you can do your workouts at vampire hours and not see anyone.

I have no idea how people here are running at noon-5pm and then talking about how it’s crowded outside. I’m not scared of being out late on runs so it is what it is. Obviously I wouldn’t recommend a solo woman doing it but as a dude, if you got a decent amount of stature, you’re good.
