There was no line or anything:ohhh:
Naw but this a boutique gym so it’s usually not terribly busy except probably post 5pm before the pandemic but I usually train early AM or mid-morning. I usually don’t see a lot of non-casual lifters so I’m guessing with the weather being nicer people are staying away because they can do other things.

Not gone lie I wouldn’t go to a gym anytime soon. shyt is literally the worst place to go germ wise. You would be better off if you can finding an outdoor style boutique or something like that. We still in lockdown to I’ll stick to my calisthenics and cardio.

Same on timing. Right now they aren’t opening until 8AM. I’m working from home until early June possibly July and even then it’s going to be certain days in the office so at least until then I can try to go at off times.

Like I said I understand everyone have their own concerns. Right now the overt risk seems pretty low for me and even with that I’m limiting days and time in the actual gym. None of this is going to get 90% safe until there is a vaccine so I’m just trying to find a way to manage.

I’ll keep brehs updated so they have an idea of what seems to be working or not working here in case it helps them plan for themselves.

the life of an asthmatic...i just breathed a sigh of relief...at the beginning of the month i decided to increase the mileage i run outside...and i had been like sputtering and struggling to finish my run which is odd to me...usually after my runs id take an extended walk around the neighborhood for extra cardio...it would take me some time to catch my breath...im thinking to myself this cant be right :gucci:...so today i took a puff of the inhaler before i ran...no struggle whatsoever...finished and was not heaving for oxygen when i started my walk...things are starting to bloom outside plus being forced to run outside is triggering the asthma i guess..thank goodness it was that because if it wasnt id prolly be doubling down some more :heh:...i should get another refill just in case
