I'm seriously trying figure out how they came up with this chart. I don't want get lower than 260.Chart does not take any propensity of muscle building into account. Yesterday all I ate was a plate of mac and cheese and 2 baked thighs
Today all im eating is a plate of mac and cheese with 1 thigh and a smoothie.
1st workout was 5min jump rope chest exercises curls and 1 mile run
2nd one tonight gone be
3min jump rope
5 min Core circuit (using slamball)
Tire circuit(with weightvest)
