For those of you who have routines with a lot of supersets, how do you manage to get through if the machines or stations aren't close. Will I lose anything by just doing each exercise separately?

:heh: I'm seriously trying figure out how they came up with this chart. I don't want get lower than 260.

Yesterday all I ate was a plate of mac and cheese and 2 baked thighs
Today all im eating is a plate of mac and cheese with 1 thigh and a smoothie.
1st workout was 5min jump rope chest exercises curls and 1 mile run
2nd one tonight gone be
3min jump rope
5 min Core circuit (using slamball)
Tire circuit(with weightvest)

Chart does not take any propensity of muscle building into account. I should be 162 pounds so be in normal range. That’s virtually impossible for me to get to on so many levels.

My weekends have been SHOT, long days-mad work to do. And graduation stuff rolling around, we’re having a “parade” for my little cousin. I’m going to ride at 6 am tomorrow, no showings that I know of so it’s doable and I won’t be exhausted.
