So I just left gym ....I checked the policy/emailed a rep who confirmed I could go to another gym yesterday

Either the rona was in the air(nobody masks on) or I’m just :flabbynsick:

Seeing as first day back I said let me do stairs instead of treadmill .

After only 15 min I was:sadbron: prob should have ate something this morning . I went empty & was fatigued/lightheaded .

I did go & do weights but I can tell I wasn’t full strength .

Had to sneak out of gym in shame :francis:

Hit one of my old routines from my trainer way back in 2017, circuits of curls, tricep push downs and rows (since no lat pulldown machine) 3 sets of each per circuit, 3 circuits with alternating grips, 2 mins of cardio in between circuits, hit 500+ cals in 45 mins.


Finished with core, stretches and 30 min peloton class (379 cals). I’m dead AF and big girl hungry but gonna settle for fish and cabbage and call it a night :shaq2:

Keep me posted im thinking of trying at least 3 days

The fast is coming along well. I'm ending day 4 and I lost 10 lbs and I also still take my vitamins. The 2nd day I was really getting hungry, but I would just drink water to fill my stomach up and toward the 3rd day my body started to adjust.

One thing that I notice is that I wake up better rested from my sleep and also my skin became much smoother.

The downside is that I'm craving red beans and rice and gumbo:takedat:.

Was anyone here actually paying for zoom fitness classes? That’s the one thing I was like :childplease: on. How does CrossFit, boxing, Pilates, etc become a class at home, especially if you ain’t got equipment. Why would I pay $10-20/class for some bullshyt hiit or calesthenics I can find for free on YouTube?

Just got an email that my gym is illegally opening up before the city allows them :blessed:
...just gotta sign a waiver and you get an hour slot with 10 other people
I know in Cali, businesses that weren’t permitted to be open that (stayed) open were threatened to be closed down forever.


The bay is killing me mayne, they ain’t opening shyt, especially not my county. I’m sorry but people pay waaaaaay too much to live here to not be able to do anything. If we have another shutdown this fall/winter, people are definitely gonna bounce.

Also, the scale finally moved.

not sure what to do today, did legs wed, upper yesterday, don’t feel like doing legs again today, maybe I can motivate to walk hills? I could do a spin class I guess, yet I kinda just want to walk the lake and keep things low impact.

dude in that IG post is cappin too.

Eat less and work out = lose weight.
Folks out here fat because they eat too much...it aint more complicated than that.
I don’t think he generally disagrees but he also works with a diabetic patients so there are other factors they have to adjust too.
