mine has only worked out with me twice in the 11 years we've been together because i am too hardcore with it lol

she works out with her cousin, her homie from hs, and her nurse bestie more lol

After i finished eating my 4 slices of Caribbean shrimp pizza (which was bomb af btw lemme know if you want pics :shaq: )

im not even going to quote the rest of that :dame: post but i need to see some pics of this carribean shrimp pizza breh :patrice:

ive actually been really good about not touching pizza...havent in almost 2 months

im just happy my poke bowl spot is open so i can go there if i need something other what i have been cooking and not have guilt at all :ohlawd:

I just wonder if my equipment I have is good enough to get big. I hate having skinny arms and small shoulders but being barrel chested

Gym opened back up Monday. Been back Monday through Friday. Soreness really set in on Wednesday after 3 months off after lifting consistently for over 10 years. That was the worse lifting I’ve done in a long ass time. Soreness starting to ease now, hopefully on Monday it’s really full steam ahead.

Smh that shyt crazy not only don’t they want to workout but they want to kill ya gains with unhealthy food

didn’t think I had the energy but banged out a leg routine and a :flabbynsick: attempt at a 10 min HIIT workout - prolly wasn’t the best move for cardio post legs, ahh well.


Gonna take it easy and just walk and do yoga tomorrow, body is achey

Haven’t been able to train for them the way I’m used to being able to.


I will not rack that 315 bar until I hit my age for reps and I’ve made friends with the fact everything after for the next week is a wash if it requires me to leave the house.
