Haven’t been able to train for them the way I’m used to being able to.


I will not rack that 315 bar until I hit my age for reps and I’ve made friends with the fact everything after for the next week is a wash if it requires me to leave the house.

One hour complete. Had to stop to make sure I washed the family vehicles before it got too hot.
Totals - 4 miles at roughly 15 min a mile. 530 calories burnt

Saw a dude at the lake today lifting bricks with and doing push-ups on his forearms because he had no hands. Moments when you count your small blessings and also realize those who are fully capable who make no attempt to maintain their body have zero excuses for not trying.
