that 24 hour fast and combat training was horrible:francis: i felt light headed as fukk i was running on fumes :deadrose:
its constant movement (3 min drills/rounds 1 min rest) for 2 hours straight. i have new respect for wrestlers :damn:

My deadlift stayed with me post quarantine, I can still get my usual off the floor no problem.

my squat is gonna be a lil ways to catch back up which I love the challenge of

all in all in just happy to have my outlet back.
