My deadlift stayed with me post quarantine, I can still get my usual off the floor no problem.

my squat is gonna be a lil ways to catch back up which I love the challenge of

all in all in just happy to have my outlet back.


Keeps me from acting out on things that are “frowned upon” given the levels of stupid going around right now.
