I told myself this week I’d be more strict on my calories . As far as counting everything.

Looked in the MyFitnessPal app & it said I’m not supposed to go over 2810 in order to lose 2lbs a week :francis:

Once I get this stomach down I’m more than likely gonna try to get weight back up if it goes down too much

@All-Black the Necroverse the longest work out time it let’s you log in one session is 6 hours :ufdup:

Wouldn’t trust their calculators unless they have worked for you previously.

Interesting . I don’t know why but I thought that was light . They bout to have me even more pregnant :lolbron:
whats your height/weight
6’6 230lbs . I’ve gotten stronger & more toned everywhere but my stomach . :sadcam:

Figured I gotta get down to 215-218lbs to lose stomach & build from there .
