Whew been a minute. A lot has transpired. 2nd child was born and I got a vasectomy. Looking to get back at it Wednesday. I feel pretty good now but want to be 100%.

Vasectomy timing lined up great. Right in the middle of my deload week. Some extra days off for recovery are warranted. Once I'm back to full strengfh and wifey gets the green lite :demonic: :mjlit: :takedat: No zinc or maca root necessary.

Oh yea, on my last block I finally got through most of 3x10x225 on bench which is huge for me. NEVER been able to throw 225 around. Finally getting that old man strengfh :ahh:

6’6 230lbs . I’ve gotten stronger & more toned everywhere but my stomach . :sadcam:

Figured I gotta get down to 215-218lbs to lose stomach & build from there .

idk your build but yeah stomach is usually last to go.

Bruh the struggle been real. I limited my calories to under 2000 a day. Im running everyday plus sambo training be 90 min nonstop. My goal is 260/255 though
shyt @The ADD you prob right about them calories on that app .

What your eating routine look like . I’m pretty sure I’m have to cut dinner out . I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast & salad for lunch with a protein shake mixed in between . Dinner usual salmon or chicken breast & vegetable . Lots of water

Plenty of water but I mix it up today I only ate 850 calories but burned off 700
Ran a mile
Then 30 min of training with the weightvest on

I was working out today I went a back machine, dude was using the Lat pull machine, I go to the next one it’s a water jug on the seat, I go to the next one it’s a belt on the seat, I go the next one it’s empty. The fat dude at the end come running down. Talking about he super setting all 4 machines. I look at him like what machine are you using. He like um I’m doing super sets. I look at him and say alright, I’m about to use this machine. I put my headphones back in and ignored him. I’m thinking in my head like breh you got titties with no muscle definition it’s obvious you don’t know how to work out or eat right. I’m like breh I know you not use to going the gym because nobody in their right mind would think I’m go to the gym at 6 am during peak hours and superset 4 machine by myself. :mjtf:
