Is the knee cap (patella) or tendons?Think I may have to give in & get knee checked out . I haven’t done any squats as a get a slight pain with to much pressure . On my way home from this trampoline spot for kids & every time I planted hard I could feel slight pain.

What masks you copped?Think I’ve finally found enough mask options that work. Using them ain’t fun but it’s manageable if heavy compounds are 1-5 reps. Secondary work 8-10 and I’m not totally gasping for air.![]()

You mainly lift in these ? I might cop if they work well on the treadmill . I always take my mask off during cardio . I might slide it down every now & then while liftingI bought these (with one of my teams but I switched for the preference), over the head straps instead of over the ears. Good air flow in and out so I don’t feel like my breathing is impeded during sets:

Neck gaiters seem to work pretty well but I would find those in person. They have different levels of cloth thickness so it’s more personal preference there.
