the diet the coach has me on literally gives me no room for cravings.

Plenty of carbs (white rice, cream of rice), Protein (chicken breast, flank steak), Greens (Broccoli,Asparagus)

I don't crave anything sweet or savory. Just following the plan so far with adjustments weekly.

Even the training program is very intense but very detailed as far as form, negatives, drop sets if needed, etc.

A nikka truly enjoys that 60 minutes (they got a time limit because of COVID :francis:)

Every single session im soaked by the end

I ain't playin out here..
