Jump ropeWhat do yall do for cardio?
I tried c25k when the pandemic started but fukked up my right knee 3 weeks in. I restarted it 2 days ago and my knee isnt hurt but I can already see the beginnings of it acting up. Im flat footed and walk like a duck so I think running just isnt for me.
Exercise bike, elliptical? Which one is better and what routine do yall use? I like c25k cause it gives you structure but I cant find anything like it for other stuff
Need to step my cardio game up. My conditioning is so trash right now.

is coming. Wonder if I should just start doing abs before my main stuff cause I just don't have the energy/time after.
