What do yall do for cardio?

I tried c25k when the pandemic started but fukked up my right knee 3 weeks in. I restarted it 2 days ago and my knee isnt hurt but I can already see the beginnings of it acting up. Im flat footed and walk like a duck so I think running just isnt for me.

Exercise bike, elliptical? Which one is better and what routine do yall use? I like c25k cause it gives you structure but I cant find anything like it for other stuff

Bike.
I hate running so either bike, stairmaster, or hitting the heavy bag has been the best cardio for me. I dont know if you got access to the other 2 so i say bike if you can. Elliptical is good for taking pressure off joints but its lowkey kinda trash and doesn't really do much imo

But in all seriousness, I usually run once a week or so. :snoop: Need to step my cardio game up. My conditioning is so trash right now.

My boy used to row 200m 10x as fast as possible (like a sprint). He combined that with 1-2 runs a week and was one of the fastest dudes in the hopsicle. :manny:

Your mileage may vary. :ehh:

Might switch it up and do some banded routine for my push/pull next week to keep things from being stale, I know the :flabbynsick: is coming. Wonder if I should just start doing abs before my main stuff cause I just don't have the energy/time after. :patrice:
