Can you go more in depth about this please. How many calories would he have burned in that week?
Who knows and he indicated he changed eating habits and didn’t mention exercises.

The bigger point is that “weight loss” isn’t linear. Too many other factors are involved the 3.5k to 1 pound to solely rule the day

Bout to up the weight on my warm up sets. Go head get that shyt out the way.
I waste too much time building up to my lifts. Idk how I got into the habit of doing it. I guess I dont wanna hit it and go. Im always reppin out some shyt to get the blood flowing. But I'm bout to make an effort to cut down on that and get where I'm trying to be earlier.
