You obviously didn't read the post you quoted me on.
A 220+ pound broad putting up 500 (prolly 2x BW) is not that uncommon for a PLer. Same girl prolly can't bench 315.
A 180+ pound broad walked into the rack next to me Wednesday and had over 315 on the bar for easy reps. She only benched like 145 that day.
Not saying it's not impressive, but certainly not
to me. Girls are much better at squatting, then deadlifting, and usually suck at benching P4P compared to dudes.
