Strength isn’t totally tied to a big calorie surplus. Just depends on how you program it. That said it might be one lift per upper and lower as opposed to multiple across the boardIm torn between actually bulking or just "lean gaining" like i been doin, i see some of my partnas who been bulkin gain strength way faster obviously but i aint NEVER tryna go back to lookin sloppy for it tho![]()
