Brehs my knees been aching for quite some time ever i started the StrongLifts 5x5 program. Don’t know if squatting 3x a week while going up in weight is fukking me up or if my form is just not right. I’ve watched countless videos but still suffering from knee pain

Squatting frequency will def have you knees achy. When I go 6 plus times a week my shyts stay sore.

How long have you been doing the program? Maybe you need a deload week to give your body some extra time to recover.

How long have you been doing the program? Maybe you need a deload week to give your body some extra time to recover.
Started the program March 1st but you’re right might need to deload and then ramp up from there

Not really. Most of my soreness comes from not stretching, foam rolling, or doing mobi work. :skip:

And no, I don't take breaks from squatting. :dahell: :mjlol: Ever. Every leg day always begins with a heavy front or back squat. :banderas:


I might go from 6-10x a week back down to 3-4x after 2-3 months but that's more for my CNS to recover. Tf do I care if my joints are sore when I'm not putting in the proper work to keep them loose? As long as the gains are there I can endure a little tightness. :birdman:

I got 4 personal trainers at my gym I chop it up with from time to time. All of them told me they ain’t taking the vaccine. Walking all over the gym talking to people without masks on. I don’t tell folks what to do but after they told me that I keep my distance from them and throw up the peace sign from afar.

They also train clients at multiple gyms.

Got a nasty groin injury from yesterday’s treadmill run. Limping at work today like some cripple. I will still weight train but looks like running is off at least this week.

Trying to lose this dad bod I hit my goal of 30 miles in Nike run club for the month.

Down 9 lbs feeling pretty good. I'll hit the weights in earnest at the beginning of the month
I remember my quest for 25-50 miles for a month

2 a day workouts destroyed that. The conditioning for wrestling is too much
