T-95 days till my end of summer trip. My cut is already coming along well but I’m gonna adjust my routine for the next three months.

I’m looking to incorporating more runs but still keep lifting heavy. Mid summer I think I’ll sign up for a boxing class/clinic to up the intensity. May even look to get into a workout group to keep everyone accountable.

I got it the night I came back from vacation .

The next day was cardio so I thought I would be good .

Man I gotta take the rest of the week off .
