SAN ANTONIO SPURS NY DIVISION
T-95 days till my end of summer trip. My cut is already coming along well but I’m gonna adjust my routine for the next three months.

I’m looking to incorporating more runs but still keep lifting heavy. Mid summer I think I’ll sign up for a boxing class/clinic to up the intensity. May even look to get into a workout group to keep everyone accountable.

That burnout is gonna be real but its worth it

I’ve said this before but I love how better my sleep has become since I started working out regularly. I used to sleep terrible, waking up countless times a night but now I sleep like a baby getting 7plus hours every night and waking up refreshed like :ahh:

It’s amazing how getting regular physical activity cures you or so many ailments.

This other trainer at the gym usurped me into his class. Wrong day for that...didn’t realize how fatigued my shoulders were and it was upper body in his class plus tons of pushups. Also ate light and he had us running stairs in 80 degree heat. Dizzy AF. Top it all off with my ovaries exploding...and his ab work :sadcam:

yea, I’mma stick to me, headphones and iron when I go there. :unimpressed:
