bolded is my post workout go-to, down to half a banana - frozen of course!. when i'm trying to make it more of a meal, i'll add 1tbs of PB and 1/4c oats. i also add my super green powder into both versionsSpinach

Assorted fruits like strawberries, blueberries, etc

hardest part of dieting/cutting is the amount of social shyt you have to decline or completely not enjoy. really sucks in the late spring/summer when people wanna be out all the timePast weekend was so-so. Exercise was on point, food, not so much. More celebrations and the like.

and i absolutely hated the marshmallows in Lucky Charms, they felt weird AF to bite into. friends loved me when we were kids cuz i pick all the marshmallows out and give them to them
