I typically do a routine that has me hitting everything ar least twice a week so if I feel something is lacking I will add more volume for that specific group. So if my delts are lacking, I will do my normal lifts that are targeting them and add one or two more additional lifts. From what you posted it sounds like you are doing a sort of push/pull/leg routine which you should be hitting legs twice already. Do you use wrist wraps?Anybody break their typical routine for a couple weeks to focus on areas that need development? I was thinking about two leg days - one for unilateral movements only to benefit my left leg, and an upper body press day, my pressing movements are weak AF compared to pulling (partly due to a weak wrist).
