Yeah, your shyt might be too high or your cals (especially carbs) are too low.
On any given week you should prolly be able to hit your 1+ set (95% TM) for 3-5 clean reps, no grinders. On nSuns, a b*stardized version of Wendler's Spinal Tap variations - where you do the 5's, 3's, and 5/3/1 week all in the same workout - most folks don't even up the TM for the next week unless they hit the 1+ for at least 3 clean ones.
I'm on 5's week Monday-Wednesday and did 8 on my 5+ set for OHP and hit 3 singles ranging from 95%-115% on both bench and overhead.![]()
I am so far. Like today on my AMRAP set I hit 8(7 was borderline grinder, last one def was grinder cause I was stuck in the whole for a few seconds
) Maybe 2 more left in the tank.
Regardless tho I was thinking of doing 80-85% of 1RM after this last cycle (at 90% rn) in the name of consistent progress.![]()

Lesson learned.
Bro, I went about 20lbs over my regular DL weight. Going up I felt the weight was breaking my form, dropped the bar with the quickness. Aint got time for lower back injuries.
Lowkey that scare kinda tempered my back day today.
