Rep range?Slept really well but my lower back is still a lil funny from yesterday’s DLs. I’ll probably have to move leg day to tomorrow and bring forward my 2nd Chest day.
Let me give the back another 24hrs of rest. Squatting today might put some strain on things.
EDIT: Also need to incorporate more stretching. Like proper 15-20 min sessions.

Makes sense. 5x5 usually makes by back crispy after 85% of 1RMI usually do 5 sets of 6 so 30 reps. I think there were 2 issues yesterday.
1. Went 20lbs over my usual. Did 325 instead of 305 (on a cut so just really want to maintain).
2. I switched my grip on the heavy lift. Went to left overhand and right underhand. I usually do it the other way around.
Exerted a lot of energy but broke form a bit so on one of my reps I felt my lower back doing the lift rather than stabilizing my body. Dropped the bar and deloaded down to 275.
I just farted getting off the calf machine and I dont know how loud it was cause of my headphones but that sucka stank
