Only reason I left when I did because my girl was blowing my line

Any brehs got advice for people who don’t have deadlift platforms so the weight don’t run away from you when it hits the ground? shyt stay fukking my flow up.

Like roll? Just put two 2.5 plates in its path


Yeah like hit the ground and next thing I know the bar is past my toes. I’ll try this next time.

Idno man I seen it once and never forgot it

even the power lifter youtubers be doing in such a difficult way
