Hard to tell. I switched gyms in January so I don't know everyone yet.

I'll say prolly since its empty as hell most of the times I go.

I see people sign up all the time, but my last gym owner, who was cool as hell, said like less than a half of folks with memberships even show up on the regular.

He threw out the number of folks that signed up, never came through, but still got charged every month and I was .

Also two gyms at work for the free I can use.

Cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening is great for those who work remote. I’m trying to knock out everything (cardio + weights) in the same morning session but I’ve heard splitting them up is beneficial for both
