I had suya (beef, chicken and turkey), spinach , jallof rice and stew . Like four festives , cake, mimosas and wine .

Another leg day today
Tried out low bar squatting but it didn’t feel right
Ain’t try to push it (did hit 90% for one rep - RPE6)
Other than that nothing really to note because doing a lot of accessory work

My form was feeling very rusty since I been deloading and avoiding crazy volume.
surprise surprise I’m somehow getting stronger and can’t even go further 
A little over two months into training my nephew I got him into hitting some milestones:
3 plates deadlift
245 bench
And today hit 3 plates on squat for 5 reps.
I’m so proud of this kid
He’s 19, 6’2 and 185. Kid isn’t even a quarter way done filling out![]()

Just don’t bicep curl in the power rackLegs , Chest n Back is sore.. going to the gym to do an arm day![]()
