I meant leg press we used to call it power press in high school.No type of leg curl?(Hamstring work is only complete when both you dead and curl).

Adductor and Abductor machine work (so your knees are always tracking properly during your squats).
Not sure exactly what you're calling a power press; I prolly know it by another name.

I do all these except the adduction and abduction. But I do DL and my squats are back squats.
But I’m running a specific program and not going to modify it until I’m done running it this time around![]()

Right shoulder feeling a lil funny, idk if it’s from overwork as my right side is my dominant side.
Trying to get better about making the mind/body connection with my left side when benching etc.
I think when I get a new plan with some DB work it might help get my left side’s strength up.
