I do cable crunches. Sets of 10. I start out doing the entire rack at 200 pounds and work my way down to 100 w/no break until I am finished.

It's also important to maintain constant tension during each repetition. Never go all the way up during the up motion.

Hypothetically your 1RM is only 300 at 10 reps. You definitely not hitting three wheels for a double. :francis:
