Right shoulder feeling a lil funny, idk if it’s from overwork as my right side is my dominant side.

Trying to get better about making the mind/body connection with my left side when benching etc.

I think when I get a new plan with some DB work it might help get my left side’s strength up.

I do cable crunches. Sets of 10. I start out doing the entire rack at 200 pounds and work my way down to 100 w/no break until I am finished.

It's also important to maintain constant tension during each repetition. Never go all the way up during the up motion.
